The Broughty Ferry Gala Week is the annual summer festival. Its Main Fete is held on Castle Green on Sunday 29th June. it Features everything from Pipe Bands, Children's Fancy Dress Competitions, Carnival, BBQ, Beer Tent, an exhibition of super cars and lots of other stalls.  There are events running throughout the week until Sunday 6th July.
